Drinks & Smoothies
1 cup of almond milk
3 Medjool dates
2 tbsp of cacao powder
3 tbsp of almond butter
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup of Fullei Fresh Alfalfa Sprouts
Pinch of salt
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until dates and bananas are liquified.
2. Top with more alfalfa sprouts
Wheatgrass power smoothie
Ingredients for 1 serving:
2-3 cups spinach
¾ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup organic Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt.
1oz juiced Fullei Fresh wheatgrass (see editor’s note below)
1 scoop whey or plant-based protein powder, 15-20 grams protein
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
