It was great seeing old friends and making new ones at Seed Food and Wine! Many commented how tasty the samples were. What's surprising is how easy they were to make. Here's how:
2 parts cumin powder
1 part garlic powder
1 part onion powder
1 part paprika
1 part salt
Organic Crunchy Mix, preferably sprouted in a jar using our seeds which are available for purchase here
Organic Alfalfa Sprouts (seeds also available for purchase here)
1. Heat spices in a pan until fragrant and slightly smoky (approx. 2-3 minutes.) Be careful not to burn them.
2. Add oil to coat the pan.
3. Add Organic Crunchy Mix and stir to combine the spices and Crunchy Mix.
4. Stir occasionally until soft (approx. 10 minutes.)
5. Serve and top it off with Alfalfa Sprouts.
